Bed and Breakfast is open most days of the year
except some holidays such as Thanksgiving,
Christmas and New Year's. Call ahead to

Two Couple Rate

No single nights on
weekends - unless it's the day of and we
happen to have space.
Family Rates -
We have various rates for couples with children,
depending on what ages and which rooms are
booked. Please ask for information on our family
rates.

A Transit
Occupancy Tax of 10 % will be added to the price
of the rooms to satisfy County
requirements
Breakfast
Times - Breakfast
is served at 9:00 a.m. Because we are also a
working ranch, later times for breakfast are not
possible.
A Few BnB House
Rules
- In consideration of
all guests (and your hosts) we have a few house
rules:
The house is
quiet after 9:00 p.m.
No smoking anywhere
Shoes are removed in the foyer and socks are
provided if needed.

- The best way to reserve is by phone or
e-mail. Weekends tend to book up several weeks
in advance, so please call early. Call

Payment
- We are happy to accept your Personal Check.
Full payment is due in
advance. Mail your
check made out to Chileno Valley Ranch to the
address on the left of this page. Sorry, Credit
Cards not Accepted
Cancellation
Policy -
Please understand that it is very difficult to
fill a room on short notice. It is not pleasant to
turn people away because we are booked and then get
a cancellation at the last moment.
This is our
refund policy: Refunds gladly given if you
cancel 2 weeks or more before your reserved
date. After that, we will only refund your fee
if we are able to book the room. Please do not
make a reservation if you are not sure of your
plans!
Weddings at the
Ranch - We do a
limited number of weddings here at the ranch each
year utilizing the garden, the pastures near the
house, the creek and the large wooden hay barn. The
kitchen is available for the caterer, however
clients must choose from an approved list. All
rooms must be booked for 2 days. If you are
interested, give us a call to discuss it
further.
3/29/01 - Foot and
Mouth disease. We
don't want to be alarmist about this but because we
are also a working cattle ranch we need to take
steps to ensure that this disease does not spread.
So for the time being we will accept no
reservations from travelers who have been in
contaminated areas within 8 days prior to their
arrival at the Chileno Valley Ranch.
